Due to the digital and intellectual property nature of these deliverables, purchases cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once submitted.

By purchasing or submitting a deposit for the Elite Tier Gold Package, you (the "Client") agree to the following binding terms and conditions established by Creative Elements Choreography (C.E.C.):
1. Strictly Non-Refundable Terms

100% Non-Refundable: Due to the proprietary, custom nature of the digital blueprints, master count sheets, timed video run-throughs, and competitive routine structures provided in this package, all payments and deposits are strictly non-refunded under any circumstances.

Final Sale: Once payment or deposit is processed, no refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued.
2. Video Recording & Stunt / Transition Responsibilities

Coach/Team Responsibility: Coaches and designated team staff are solely responsible for recording their own routine elements, including all STUNTS and TRANSITIONS, during or following the choreography session.

No C.E.C. Recording Liability: Creative Elements Choreography is not responsible for providing stunt, transition, or routine recording footage to the client, coaches, or team members.
3. C.E.C. Media & Social Media Usage

Proprietary Media Ownership: Any photo, video, or audio footage captured by the Creative Elements Choreography team during sessions is strictly for C.E.C. usage only (including promotional media, social media content, internal archives, and marketing).

Exclusive Rights: Footage captured by C.E.C. will not be distributed, edited, or provided as learning material for clients unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by C.E.C. management.
4. Acknowledgment & Consent
By submitting payment, signature, or deposit for the Elite Tier Gold Package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, and recording responsibilities outlined above.
