At Creative Elements Choreography (C.E.C.), we deliver high-level, custom-designed routine structures, master count sheets, and visual blueprints tailored specifically to your team. Because our services involve immediate scheduling lock-ins and proprietary intellectual property, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit & Payments

Strictly Non-Refundable: All booking deposits and full package payments are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

Securing Your Dates: Upon payment of your deposit, your team’s production slot and choreography dates are officially reserved. This deposit covers administrative overhead, custom preparation, and initial resource allocation.

No Chargebacks or Cancellations: By submitting a deposit or full payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that no refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued once processed.
2. Digital Assets & Intellectual Property

Due to the digital, custom, and proprietary nature of our deliverables—including 8-count master sheets, routine section run-throughs, and music producer video guides—access to these materials cannot be returned or revoked once provided. Therefore, all sales are final once choreography assets or sessions commence.
3. Client & Coach Responsibilities

Recording Footage: Coaches and designated program staff are solely responsible for recording their own team’s routine execution, stunts, and transitions during practice sessions.

C.E.C. Media Usage: Any video or photography captured by Creative Elements Choreography personnel during sessions is for C.E.C. internal, promotional, and social media use only, and will not be provided as routine instructional footage.
